Your Impact

Reporting to the Site Supply Planner your key responsibilities will be creation and management of the end to end tactical plan (finite schedule) with the outcome being a cost optimised production plan that balances the needs of all stakeholders.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Liaise with all key stake holders to translate the macro weekly production plan into an end to end cost optimised finite schedule.
  • Facilitate the communication process/ weekly meeting cycle to support the creation and execution of the near-term plan.
  • Own, understand, interpret and manage the daily issues that arise as a result of differing line efficiencies in packaging, quality issues in manufacturing or demand changes to ensure efficiencies are maintained and all parties impacted are communicated.
  • Key planning representative between the Supply Planning team, Raw Material team and the Manufacturing Operations team. 
  • Conduit between all teams to ensure a collaborative effort in solving issues and escalations.

 

About You:

  • Tertiary Qualification within Logistics / Business Degree or appropriate business experience.
  • Experience within in Production, Supply or Raw Materials planning.
  • Experience using SAP or another tier one system e.g. Oracle
  • Commercial impact understanding and awareness.
