Your Impact

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join our iconic Abbotsford brewery. Reporting to the Brewery Engineer you will facilitate continuous improvement in plant reliability through Asset Management strategy development, weekly maintenance scheduling, and maintenance project planning

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan maintenance activities, including preparing parts availability, SOP’s, contractor and specific work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space etc.)
  • Plan shutdowns and projects and feedback on progress
  • Manage incoming work requests and maintenance tags
  • Supervise and review planned maintenance with trades and specialist and collaborate on scope of future works and strategies
  • Inspect plant and equipment with trades and collaborate on repair solutions
  • Work with the Brewing Engineer to manage budget, reviewing reports and providing up to date estimates 
  • Capture data, input data for analyse and generate asset care reports

 

 

About You

  • Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Advanced computer skills (Spreadsheet calculations and formulas ext.)
  • Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and a positive, can-do attitude
