Your Impact

Reporting to the State Sales Manager you will be accountable for the execution of business sales plans and responsible for developing and growing your key accounts whilst ensuring high levels of account retention and success within the Retail team.

 

Your natural drive and competitive nature will see you accountable for the execution of business sales plans for our Asahi Lifestyle Beverages ‘On the Go’ channel in Brisbane South East Queensland.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships.  
  • Understand the ALB strategic initiatives and align to your customers growth plans.
  • Monitor competitor activity and take relative action to ensure ALB continues to grow ahead of the category.
  • Maintain an active contracted account base and re-negotiate contracts for growth.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of nationally agreed plans in support of the Commercial Plan.

 

 

About you

We are on the lookout for an experienced FMCG sales professional that is highly motivated with the ability to plan, schedule and effectively handle competing priorities to maximise sales profitability.

 

  • Proven experience in key account management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen to effectively manage the challenges of sales volume, margin and market share growth.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will be a tech-savvy self-starter and comfortable working autonomously
