Your Impact

The Senior Category Manager will lead the RTD, Cider, Spirits Category Management team to develop and embed category thinking, insights and strategy across CUB and with our Trade Partners. You will Identify growth opportunities and partner with relevant internal functions and external customers to bring these opportunities to life, playing a key role in being an indispensable trade partner.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of 3 Category Managers across our RTD, Cider and Spirits categories (RCS).
• Develop and align our RCS range and space strategies with internal stakeholders and execute these with customers through the RCS Category Management team.
• Develop and deliver category insights and strategies that are at the heart of Marketing, Innovation, Shopper Marketing and Sales decision making.
• Initiate, develop and lead key category insights analytics projects to identify and solve strategic category problems both internally and with our trade partners.
• Build and foster strong collaborative relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders to drive category growth.

About you

• Solid experience in people management and leadership
• Strong analytics capability with proven ability to influence through actionable insights
• Considerable Category, Trade Marketing and/or Account Management experience
• Previous Liquor experience highly regarded (Supplier, Agency or Retailer)
• FMCG experience with major accounts (Woolworths, Coles, EG) highly regarded
