Your Impact
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Scheduler to join our Program Management Office (PMO). You will play a critical part in the successful implementation of complex strategic programs, ensuring all project deliverables are met on time and in alignment with overall program goals.
As the central point of schedule coordination, you will develop, manage, and maintain integrated project schedules across multiple workstreams, calling out key interdependencies, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely delivery of work packages. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Project Managers, and stakeholders to align activities, track progress, and support milestone planning across all phases of the project lifecycle from initial planning to post-go-live hypercare.

About the Role
- Develop and update end-to-end project schedules across multiple workstreams, capturing dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
- Monitor delivery status, identify schedule variances, escalate risks and issues, and support recovery plans to keep timelines on track.
- Support scheduling and readiness for major phases such as SIT, UAT, DRH, Cutover, and Hypercare.
- Assist Workstream Leads in developing resource plans, identifying capacity risks, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Deliver clear and timely updates to stakeholders, maintaining visibility of dependencies and schedule impacts across the program.
- Apply scheduling best practices, support audits and reviews, and contribute to lessons learned to strengthen future delivery.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or equivalent
- Strong experience in project schedulingProficient in project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Altus Project Management Software); knowledge of compliance standards like JSOX preferable but not required.
- Experience in complex business change programs or full ERP implementation particularly in SAP or SAP highly preferred.
- Previous experience working in cross-functional projects highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communicator with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset; able to work under pressure and confidently challenge when needed.
