Your Impact

The State Support Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the operational effectiveness of the Sales team at a state level. In this role, you’ll ensure the team’s day-to-day activities, tools and resources are well managed so they can focus on delivering results in the field. You’ll also support state leadership and help coordinate local events, contributing to a well-organised and connected team environment.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Coordinate local office needs including stationery, drinks, couriers and business card requests
  • Support onboarding and transitions for new starters, movers and leavers
  • Maintain state tools of trade requirements
  • Keep team resources current including contact lists, shed listings, uniform details and organisational charts
  • Act as a key point of contact for the field team and support the maintenance of Sales Hub resources
  • Provide ad hoc support to the state team as required
  • Collaborate with the Sales Events and Partnerships team to support delivery of local events and sponsorship activities
  • Coordinate logistics including donation stock, catering, deliveries, travel and accommodation where required
  • Support the delivery of in-state internal sales events such as Roadshows and Sales Briefings

 

About You

 

  • Solid business experience
  • Experience in an administration or sales operations role
  • Background in a team support or coordination role, ideally in a field or sales environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and internal systems
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with minimum 3 days in the office
